At The Happiness Index we are committed to providing the most innovative and robust pulse survey technology on the market. As such, we are evolving and upgrading our system to introduce new features, functions and improve usability. Our development road map will see new changes rolled out to clients in fortnightly sprints as soon as they become available.

The first update, released today, was a back-end update focused on improving performance – specifically upgrading databases and frameworks, increasing system speed and migrating to a new sending platform for invites.

The key benefits of today’s roll-out include:

•    Improved reliability
•    Improved email deliverability
•    Increased security
•    Improved system monitoring

Updates will be rolled out in stages and we will update you as new features are made available via email and on our blog.

Emails will continue to be sent from our existing domain, but our IP address has changed to Clients are advised you notify their IT team of this change immediately.

We’re very excited to introduce these system improvements to you so please keep an eye out for more significant front-end updates coming very soon!
